1.SAP/E2Q system daily operation. (including checking commercial data in E2Q, transfer quotation, create SO/PO/delivery/goods issue/billing etc.)
2.Sales Order (including local production line and import products) follow up, from contract signed till payment closed and keep all data under high quality.
3.LC Project / Banck guarantee prepare.
4.Coordinate logistics (Air/Sea Freight) and Customs Clearance (including import and export business);
5.Export License prepare and apply.
6.Good cross-functional communication skills
7.Other tasks assigned by immediate manager

1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Major in Economics, Business Management, Logistics, English.
International Trade.
3.More than 3-5 years' experience in order processing, sales administration, logistics etc;
4.Familiar with MS-Office, SAP
5.Good English, especially in written.
7.Honest, self-discipline, good learning ability and teamwork.
8.Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China
