1.SAP/E2Q system daily operation. (including checking commercial data in E2Q, transfer quotation, create SO/PO/delivery/goods issue/billing etc.) 2.Sales Order (including local production line and import products) follow up, from contract signed till payment closed and keep all data under high quality. 3.LC Project / Banck guarantee prepare. 4.Coordinate logistics (Air/Sea Freight) and Customs Clearance (including import and export business); 5.Export License prepare and apply. 6.Good cross-functional communication skills 7.Other tasks assigned by immediate manager |
