Responsibilities: Strategies战略: - Sourcing for new material/parts based on projects requirements/targets together with projects team. 根据项目组的要求进行新物料的寻源工作 - Systematic analysis/evaluation/reporting of the material/service cost/fee to achieve projects goals. Take the responsibility of cost engineering for new/existing projects based on projects requirements. Maintain/analysis/report the date from SAP system; 系统的评估分析物料的价格，并负责新品类的价格分析和维护，力求达到项目目标 - Strong sense of cost saving and the concept of total cost； 具有较强的降本意识及总成本概念； - Closely work with HQ in Purchasing Strategies/Process/KPI/Tools; 就采购战略，流程和各种采购工具与总部紧密合作 - Closely with Category managers in HQ/other locations of TRUMPF for but not limited to supplier management/material strategy/Asian sourcing topics; 就供应商的管理，采购战略和亚洲采购的主题与各物料经理有效的合作和沟通； - Complete supplier evaluation report monthly, analysis A/X supplier status and critical reasons, define improvement actions with responsible purchaser/SQE and make summary with monthly report; 完成供应商月度评估报告，分析A/X供应商状态和重要问题，定义改进项目并总结 - Ensure close cooperation with the TRUMPF subsidiaries’ purchasing and Category managers; 确保与通快子公司各物料组的采购专员和物料组经理的密切合作； - Coordinate International Purchasing Officer projects to achieve the savings for whole Group 协调向集团其他分公司提供国际采购业务，以达到集团降本的目标； - Other tasks assigned by Project Teams/Team Leader. 完成领导分配的其他任务 Operations 运营操作: - Be coordinator for the projects and parts above to support/handle the related questions and comments; 就相关采购项目担任项目协调员的工作，传递和跟踪问题点; - Conduct “End to End” purchasing activities; - 从头至尾的有效完成采购任务; - Other tasks assigned by Project Teams/Team Leader.. - 完成领导分配的其他任务 Requirements: 1.Diplom /Master degree from international university 本科/硕士以上学历 2.Graduate industrial engineer/business management/economics. Having engaged in related industry procurement is preferentially 毕业于工程/商务/经济类专业，有工业制造行业采购工作经验者从优 3.>5 years working experience in a related industry production manufacturing in the team of Sourcing/cost engineering/controlling 5年以上制造业工作经验，并有寻源，以及成本管理等经验 4.Strategic and long-term thinking, ability to work independently with strong self-motivation, good analytics and structured working style on project management and problem solving. Excellent level of IT skills, especially in MS Excel, PPT 长期和战略思维，能独立完成工作，并具有强烈的责任心和驱动力，分析能力强，有架构地进行项目管理和问题解决。 熟悉办公室软件 5.Excellent level of English (German is a plus) written and spoken 英语流利， 会德语最佳 |
