| 工作描述： |
General Purpose； To monitor speed up supplier quality development for critical electrical ,optical and mechanical component with technical and engineering experience. Main Task: 1.Execute supplier audit and visit Execute supplier audit and visit of new or existing suppliers with technical and quality concepts base on the actual audit plan and quality performance to guaranine supplier qualification. 2.Supplier new component qualification(FAI) process Follow NPI/location projects , work with RnD and other stakeholders to take lead supplier new component qualification(FAI) process to guaranine a robustness supplier new component qualification. 3.Develop the supplier quality performance -Develop supplier of optical ,electrical and mechanical component to make sure the technical performance could be fully met. -Trigger supplier quality incident handling request to reduce impact to production line and customer. -Drive supplier quality problem solving including investigating the root causes of problems, developing corrective and preventive measures, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Track the progress of supplier quality issue problem solving to ensure effective closure of problems. -Verify and check the quality improvement measures of suppliers to guaranine effectiveness. 4.Monitor supplier quality performance KPIs and escalate supplier quality risks if necessary. 5.Support improvement projects concerning supplier quality management 6.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business Requirement. 1.Bachelor or preferably master’s degree, Mechanical/electrical/Optical engineering or related 2.At least 5 year working experience, manufacturing field, ideally in supplier quality development group. 3.Solid relevant technical background in manufacturing of lasers / electrical/mechanical components 4.Very good communication especially to supplier, coordination skill and project management skill 5.Be familiar with supplier qualification process 6.English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 7.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit. 8.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. |
