Gerneral Purpose： Responsible for projects related to production. 负责与生产相关的各类项目 Main Task: 1.Responsible for projects related to production, mainly related to the following topics: -Responsible for new product introduction projects; lean manufacturing projects; phase-out projects; training projects; other projects related to production -Further standardize and improve existing processes for production preparation of newly developed products -Create new processes for new machine production preparation based on new requirement -Further standardize and improve existing training processes -Create new training processes based on new requirement -Further standardize and improve existing processes for machine phase-out -Create new processes for machine phase-out based on new requirement -负责新产品引入项目；精益生产项目；停产项目；培训项目；其他生产相关的项目 -进一步标准化及优化现有新机型生产准备流程 -根据新的需求建立新的新机型生产准备流程 -进一步标准化及优化现有培训流程 -根据新的需求建立新的培训流程 -进一步标准化及优化现有机床退市流程 -根据新的需求建立新的机床退市流程 2.Support tasks related to new machine production preparation, machine phase-out and training 协助完成新机型生产准备，机床退市和员工培训相关的任务 3.Support the 5S tasks in working area 协助工作区域的5S任务 4.Ensure safety standards 严格遵守及推行安全准则，确保安全生产运行 5.Support to perform continuous improvement 能够主动地发现浪费并协助完成改善、消除浪费 6.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作. 任职要求： 1.Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历（必须项） 2.Industrial engineering or other engineering majors 工业工程专业或工科大类专业（必须项) 3.Has very good English skills 流利的英语能力（必须项） 4.Working experience in production is preferred 有生产部门工作经验者优先考虑 5.Works actively, accepts feedback, shows commitment and loyalty, good communication skills, good MS Office skills, SAP skills is preferred 能积极工作，积极接受他人反馈，具有良好的敬业精神及忠诚度，具有优秀的沟通能力，良好的MS Office技能，有SAP技能者优先考虑 6.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识. 7.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识. 8.Ability to continuously learn.具备持续学习的能力 9.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中国的所有规章制度包括但不限于员工手册以及行为准则. 备注：工作地点为苏州太仓 |
