工作内容： 1、Mainly responsible for the service support at Taicang and nearby 主要承担在太仓及周边的服务支持 2、Basing on the understanding of product, provide training to customer about the use and maintenance of product. 在了解产品本身的基础上，对客户进行产品使用、维护方面的培训 3、Support other departments like sales, application, production and quality on the side of service. 从售后的角度，支持公司销售、应用、生产、质量等部门的工作 4、Deal with the request of customer and solve the problem applying from customer. 对接客户的售后需求，解决客户提出的关于产品的问题 5、Collect the failure information, share it with department in HQ, in order to improve the product. 收集并记录产品的故障信息，和总部研发、生产、质量团队沟通，提升产品技术力 6、Deal with other tasks arranging by Leader per business requirement. 根据业务需求，处理领导安排的其他任务 任职要求： 1、Bachelor 本科学历 2、Major in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or RF Communication 主修电气工程，电力电子，射频相关专业 3、Knowledge and skills: -Good communication skills, be able to communicate with customer and persuade them. 良好的沟通能力，能够和客户进行沟通并说服客户 -Electronics engineering/ power electronics/ RF communication knowledge. 电气、电力电子、射频等相关专业基础 - Familiar with electrical instruments like multimeter oscilloscope power meter signal generator VNA… 了解电子仪器的使用，如万用表、示波器、功率计、信号发生器、网分仪等 - Ability of project management. 项目管理能力 - Experience in Semiconductor/vacuum coating or service/repairing of product is preferred. 有半导体、真空镀膜行业背景，或产品服务、维修相关经验为佳 4、Good at English, especially in written English. 英语能力，尤其英语书面的能力 |
