[网址不可见] responsibility for planning and implementing product transfers from AUMA Germany to China [网址不可见] industrialization projects from project initiation through successful series production 3. Coordinate Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and other relevant functions 4. Ensure adherence to project schedules, costs and quality targets [网址不可见] and continuously improve production and assembly processes 6.Coordinate prototype builds, production trials, process approvals and production ramp-ups 7. Ensure structured transfer of know-how between the German and Chinese teams 8. Identify and manage project risks and initiate appropriate countermeasures 9.Establish transparent project structures, milestones and regular project status reporting 10.Planning and implementation of new production and office facilities 11.Establishment and further development of quality and QAC structures 12. Introduction of new production processes and technologies 13. Establishment and optimization of production areas 14.Automation and digitalization projects 15.Optimization of existing processes and workflows 16.Coordination of investment projects 17.Supporting the further development of the site's organization and infrastructure |
