| 工作描述： |
1. Circuit and PCB design: Responsible for schematic design, PCB layout, circuit simulation, component selection, BOM compilation and hardware debugging for electronic control systems. 2. Motor drive and power supply: Design motor drive circuits, power supply circuits, protection circuits and signal acquisition circuits; ensure reliability, thermal performance and EMC compliance. 3. Sensor and communication interface: Responsible for sensor interface, signal conditioning, communication interface and electronic control logic design. 4. Embedded hardware/software coordination: Cooperate with embedded software engineers on hardware-software joint debugging, control algorithm implementation and system integration. 5. Localization and deep localization: Support CA-C landing and SA, Tigron and other localization projects; carry out domestic component substitution, circuit optimization and supplier technical coordination. 6. German technical interface: Interface with German headquarters R&D for technical data conversion, design review, circuit standards and change management; absorb German electronic control standards and convert them into China-localized design specifications. 7. Prototype and testing: Lead or participate in prototype debugging, functional testing, EMC testing, environmental testing and issue resolution; support electronic problem analysis and improvement. 8. Standardization and documentation: Establish and improve electronic design specifications, circuit design standards, component selection standards, testing standards and version control; ensure documents are complete, traceable and mass-production-ready. 9. Cost and competitiveness: Continuously optimize circuit solutions, component selection and electronic control costs; support cost reduction and product competitiveness improvement. 10. Cross-functional collaboration: Interface with production, procurement, quality and sales departments; provide production technical documents, process guidance and mass production support. 11. Undertake temporary (phase-specific) work tasks assigned by superiors. |

1.全日制本科及以上学历，电子信息、电气工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。 2.三年以上电子电路/电控研发经验；有电动执行器、阀门、仪器仪表自动化行业经验者优先；有电机驱动、嵌入式硬件、国产化或新产品从0到1开发经验者优先。 3.熟悉模拟/数字电路、MCU、电机驱动、传感器、电源、EMC及可靠性设计；熟练使用Altium Designer、Cadence等PCB设计软件；熟悉C语言及嵌入式软硬件配合逻辑；熟悉DFMEA、APQP、PPAP等项目管理流程。 4.具备良好的英语读写能力；能阅读英文技术标准、电路文档及邮件；具备与德国总部进行基本技术沟通的能力。 5.具备较强的逻辑分析与问题解决能力；良好的团队协作、抗压性及跨部门沟通能力。 |
