| 工作描述： |
1. Mechanical structure design: Responsible for mechanical structure, transmission system, sealing, housing, connection and complete machine assembly design of electric actuators; complete 3D modeling, 2D drawings, tolerance analysis and strength/rigidity verification. 2. Localization and deep localization: Support CA-C landing and SA, Tigron and other localization projects; carry out material substitution, process optimization and supplier technical coordination for domestic production. 3. German technical interface: Interface with German headquarters R&D for technical data conversion, design review, drawing standards, BOM and change management; absorb German design standards and convert them into China-localized mechanical design specifications. 4. Prototype and testing: Lead or participate in prototype assembly, trial production, functional testing, reliability testing and issue resolution; support mechanical problem analysis and improvement. 5. Project execution: Complete project tasks according to schedule, quality and cost requirements; prepare and maintain BOM, drawings, technical specifications and other R&D documents. 6. Standardization and documentation: Establish and improve mechanical design specifications, drawing standards, material and component selection standards, tolerance and testing standards; ensure documents are complete, traceable and mass-production-ready. 7. Cost and competitiveness: Continuously optimize mechanical structure, materials and processes; support cost reduction, quality improvement and product competitiveness improvement. 8. Cross-functional collaboration: Interface with production, procurement, quality and sales departments; provide production technical documents, process guidance and mass production support. 9. Undertake temporary (phase-specific) work tasks assigned by superiors. |

1.全日制本科及以上学历，机械工程、机械设计制造、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业。 2.三年以上机械设计研发经验；有电动执行器、阀门、仪器仪表自动化行业经验者优先；有国产化、新产品从0到1开发或新建研发中心经验者优先。 3.精通机械结构设计、材料、热处理、工艺、公差、GD&T及整机装配；熟练使用SolidWorks、Pro/E、AutoCAD等主流设计软件；熟悉DFMEA、APQP、PPAP等项目管理流程。 4.具备良好的英语读写能力；能阅读英文技术标准、图纸及邮件；具备与德国总部进行基本技术沟通的能力。 5.具备较强的逻辑分析与问题解决能力；良好的团队协作、抗压性及跨部门沟通能力。 |
