太仓德叔叔食品有限公司为于太仓市沙溪镇的一家全资德资企业，旗下的Brotecke（布鲁特面包）是由德国人Erwin Gerber先生创立的德式烘焙品牌。主打传统手工、无添加天然德式面包、蛋糕、点心、披萨、小吃。目前拥有2家直营门店：太仓市市民公园实体店；太仓市沙溪镇西环路半泾村东门。在主要电商平台设立有直营网店，客户遍布北京、上海、广州、深圳等国内一二线城市。

2015年在太仓开办了第一家由德国人亲手现场制作的面包房， 2016~2020连续为太仓啤酒指定面包供应商，高档西餐厅及5星级酒店供应面包，2018年位于太仓沙溪的生产基地获评江苏省“食品小作坊安全示范点”。2015年，2018年太仓日报社均报道ERWIN将德式面包带到太仓，爱上沙溪古镇慢生活的故事。2021年CCTV中文国际频道中国缘《幸福的面包》采访报道ERWIN来太仓创业安居。

Brotecke is a traditional German bakery brand under Taicang German Uncle Food Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned German enterprise founded by Mr. Erwin Gerber. The main products are traditional handmade, natural German bread, cake, snack, pizza and snacks. All products are handmade and freshly baked daily by German bakers. At present, it has two direct stores: German Center, 15th floor, Dongting building, Taicang City; East Gate of Banjing village, West Ring Road, Shaxi Town. Its direct online stores offer authentic German baked products to customers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other cities around China.
In 2015, its first German bakery store was set up in Taicang. From 2016 to 2020, it continuously supplies bread to high-end Western restaurants, events and 5-star hotels. In 2018, the production base in Shaxi, Taicang was awarded the "safety demonstration site of small food workshop" in Jiangsu Province. In 2015 and 2018, Taicang Daily reported that Erwin brought German bread to Taicang and fell in love with the slow life of Shaxi ancient town. In 2021, the CCTV Chinese International Channel reported that ERWIN came to Taicang to start a business and live in peace. Based on the concept of health, nature and handcraft, Brotecke team will continue to work in the field of traditional German baking and devote to creating unique high-end baking products.
