Job Description In your role as Senior production coordinator you are the bridge between the operational departments and the manufacturing team-leaders. You will report to the Factory Manager directly. Below listed are the responsibilities that come along with this role. Main tasks include: • Support Factory Manager in communication/translations • Overseeing the production process, follow up the production plan • Make arrangements for achieving delivery dates • Solve issues in daily work with team leaders and workshop personal • Work with engineering and Quality department to solve issues • Follow up on repair and maintenance routine of equipment and facilities • Perform regular review of team-leaders and workers • Daily checks in factory for various occasions • Follow up given tasks to ensure they are executed as planned • Highlight problems to Factory Manager • Prepare meeting minutes, weekly + monthly reports and other related documents Qualifications: • Very strong English skills, written + oral. German optional. • MS office skills • Background preferably as Mgmt. assistant • Strong personality with persuasive skills • Good organizer with ability to manage projects • Flexible and open personality • Bachelor degree or above |
