Job Description 职位描述 This position is responsible for supervising the whole painting line, and take responsibility of meeting painting work order in time, meeting quality requirement and powder saving requirement. 这个职位负责管理整条喷涂线，负责满足喷涂工单的按时完成，达到质量要求和粉末的节省要求。 Main tasks include:主要工作内容 1. Be responsible for properly organizing the daily painting work, with the purpose of improving efficiency as well as powder utilization. 能够合理地组织每日的喷涂工作，以达到提高效率和提高粉末利用率的目的。 2. Based on daily painting plan, arrange economic painting sequence to make sure the whole facility are cost-effectively used. 根据每日的喷涂计划，合理地安排喷涂顺序， 确保水电气得到最经济的利用。 3. Study painting operation, especially the auto painting way, and get the best approach to meet painting quality requirement, as well as improve the utilization of the powder. 研究喷粉操作， 尤其是自动喷粉方式，以得出最佳的操作方式来满足喷粉的质量要求，并同时提高粉末的利用率。 4. Study the painting hanging way, and improve it to get the most efficient solution of the hanging. 研究喷涂的工件悬挂方式，并将之改进，以达到最优效率的悬挂方式。 5. Study the Powder changing procedure, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve the procedure. 研究粉末喷涂换粉流程，并持续地寻找改进该流程的机会。 6. Keep the Painting booth tidy and clean, either when the line is running or not. 无论喷涂线是否在运行，始终保持喷涂房的干净整洁。 7. Develop the maintenance schedule for the painting line, and can lead other painters to execute the schedule. 开发喷涂房的维保流程，并能够领导其他喷涂工来执行这个流程。 8. Implement 5S principles on materials, tools, machines, dressing, etc, on a daily basis. 每天针对物料，工具，机器，穿着等方面实施5S的各原则。 Qualifications 1. High school or above, 高中及以上学历。 2. 3+ years’ experience in Powder Coating, 3年以上的静电喷涂经验。 3. Strong communication ability, 较强的沟通能力。 4. Willingness to study and develop new methodology. 愿意深入研究并开发新的方法。 |
