1. Independent commissioning of the respective machines and process units on site 2. Clarifying technical issues independently and autonomously 3. Working closely with the project management to contribute processing expertise and to develop corrective solutions for process improvement and control 4. Performing root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions for process problems 5. Planning, organizing, and executing process evaluation to develop retrofitted processes and process modifications 6. Regular reporting and autonomously technical exchange 7. Training and developing technical members 8. Willing to travel |

1. 机械/机电/数控类或相关专业专科以上学历；Mechnics / Mechanical &Electrical / CNC or other related major, College degree or above. 2. 7年以上机械加工经验，具有机械加工工艺、扎实的金属切削刀具理论知识；Above 7years experience on machining, with ability on mechanical technique and solid theoretical knowledge of metal cutting tools. 3. 熟悉各种刀具的应用，熟悉数控机床及刀具配置和选型；Familiar with the application for kinds of tools and familiar with tools configuration and type selection of CNC machine. 4. 熟悉金属材料加工特性；Familiar with the machining performance of metal material. 5. 熟练使用office办公软件；Mastery of Office software. 6. 了解SAP及TDM系统；Understand SAP and TDM system. 7. 英语的日常沟通能力；Daily English communication skills. |
