Responsible for setting assembly process (WI, standard working hour), meanwhile increasing assembly efficiency by new tools/fixtures or technologies. • Set up and optimize manufacturing process • Responsible for introducing new product, writing WI, define standard working hours, and continuously optimizing process for current project. • Increase assembly efficiency • Improve product assembly process by introducing news tools, fixtures or technologies, then increase assembly efficiency and quality. • Maintain SAP master data • Responsible for setting part characteristic in SAP based on KTC manufacture capability. • Lead analysis technical problem • Lead assembly problem analysis which happened in assembly process or complain form service or customer • Others job from supervisor |
