工作描述：	• Reviews, drafts, and negotiates a wide array of contracts, to include without limitation, sales contract, confidentiality agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, leases, vendor agreements and intercompany agreements. • Ensures that contracts align with the company’s strategic goals and local legal requirements. • Serves as the primary legal point of contact for local management; coordinates legal support with China region. • Anticipate legal issues and work proactively with relevant sales/supply chain to protect the company’s interests, develop strategies and implement efficient processes. • Provides pragmatic day-to-day advice to all functions, together with strategic support, minimizing legal risks and liabilities while advancing commercial goals. • Support other legal matters and activities as required.
