| 工作描述： |
· Review and setting the MRP controller, Safety stock, Reorder Point and Lot size. · Check and process open purchasing requisitions. · Create purchase orders and adjust lot size if needed, submit for approval, and release to suppliers. · Follow up suppliers and update the delivery date. · Base on the production plan, monitor delivery status and take actions to pull in and push out. · Audit supplier invoices and manage supplier payments. · Better control inventory, review & disposal slow moving and dead stock. · Monitor supplier OTD and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to optimizing delivery performance. · Follow the quality report and arrange the defective parts return, rework and tracking credit memo. · Coordinate with internal functions and suppliers in relation to technology, quality, delivery, payment, etc. · Keep in compliance to legal requirements and company policy. Execute other tasks assigned by supervisor. |
