Academic 学历 College degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electric Engineering 大专以上学历，机电专业或电气专业优先 Experience工作经验 More than 5 years customer quality handling experience in mechanical assembly industry 5年以上机械装配行业客户质量处理经验 Job Skill工作技能 1.Fluent in both written and oral English 英语口语与书写熟练 2. Familiar with QC 7 techniques and analysis tools 熟知QC七大手法等改善及分析工具 3. Familiar with ISO9001 system 熟悉ISO9001体系 4. Familiar with mechanical drawing, able to read electrical drawings 熟悉机械图纸，能够看懂电路图 5. Familiar with processing equipment and technic for sheet metal parts, the painting technic as well. 熟悉钣金件的加工工艺及加工设备，熟知喷涂技术 Computer Skill计算机能力 1、Good Microsoft office skill- word/excel/outlook/Power point 熟练操作办公软件 2、Have knowledge of ERP system 懂ERP系统 Job Duties工作职责 1.Handle customer complaints through multiple channels and regions, review complaint information from clients, For example, timely registration and filing of customer information, product models, fault symptoms, customer demands, and evidence (including unique warranty numbers) 多渠道，多区域受理客户投诉，评审来自客户端的投诉信息，例如客户信息、产品型号、故障现象、客户诉求及证据，及时完成登记建档（含唯一保修号）。 2.Carry out quality assurance qualification verification (whether under warranty, non-human damage, whether within warranty scope), classify according to safety/batch/major/general, and timely dispatch orders 开展质保资格核验（是否在保、非人为损坏、是否在保修范围），按安全/批量／重大／一般进行分级，并及时派单。 3.Organize or lead complaint investigation and root cause identification: conduct remote or on-site inspections, retrieve production, logistics, and after-sales records, send samples for testing if necessary, promptly output fault analysis reports, and make responsibility judgments. 组织或主导投诉调查与原因定位：远程或现场排查，调取生产、物流、售后记录，必要时样品送检，及时输出故障分析报告并作责任判定。 4.Develop a handling plan (repair/replacement/return/compensation), organize implementation after approval according to authority levels, track progress, and follow up to confirm closed-loop processing. 拟定处理方案（维修／更换／退货／补偿），按权限分级审批后组织执行，跟踪进度并回访确认闭环处理。 5.Trigger and drive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), update SOP and control plan, timely review and verify the effectiveness of improvements, and prevent the recurrence of similar problems 触发并推动CAPA（纠正预防措施），更新SOP、控制计划，及时复盘并验证改进有效性，防止同类问题复发。 6.Cross departmental collaboration: take the lead in coordinating research and development, production, sales, etc. to analyze the root causes, and organize special reviews when handling major/bulk complaints 跨部门协同：牵头协调研发、生产、销售等分析根本原因，处理重大／批量投诉时组织专项复盘. 7.Monitor the entire closed-loop progress of complaints, collaborate with various departments, and promptly establish closed door management 对投诉的整个闭环进度进行监控，和各个部门协作，及时形成闭关管理； 8.Maintain complaint ledger and archive records, archive and retain as required, support complaint review and quality data analysis 维护投诉台账与归档记录，按要求归档留存，支撑投诉复盘与质量数据分析； 9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。 |
