Academic 学历 College degree or above, with priority given to majors in international trade, customs declaration and international freight, logistics management, etc. 大专及以上学历，国际贸易、报关与国际货运、物流管理等相关专业优先。 Experience工作经验 1. 3 years or more of practical experience in mechanical equipment/industrial equipment industry documentation, import and export logistics, and customs clearance. 3 年及以上机械设备 / 工业装备行业跟单 + 进出口物流及报关的实操经验。 Job Skill 工作技能 1. Familiar with the entire process of international trade, customs declaration, familiar with HS code classification rules, able to independently complete the entire set of import and export work 熟悉国际贸易全流程，报关申报，熟悉 HS 编码归类规则，能独立完成进出口全套工作 2. English CET-4 or above, capable of independently reading, writing foreign trade English emails, and processing English documents. Candidates with good oral skills are preferred 英语 CET‑4 及以上，可独立阅读、撰写外贸英文邮件、处理英文单证，口语佳者优先。 3. Proficient in using Office, Excel, and Kingdee; Strong cross departmental communication skills, able to connect with group clients, freight forwarders, customs brokers, production, finance and other parties. 熟练使用 Office，Excel，金蝶；具备较强跨部门沟通能力，对接集团客户，货代、报关行、生产、财务等多方。 4. Familiarity with Kingdee ERP system operation 熟悉金蝶ERP系统操作 Job Duties工作职责 1. Receive internal purchase orders from various subsidiaries of the group, complete order information verification, enter them into the internal ERP system, confirm delivery dates with the material control department, and provide feedback to customers 接收集团各子公司的内部采购订单，完成订单信息校验，录入内部 ERP 系统，与物控部门确认交期并反馈客户。 2. Coordinate internal production, PMC, Purchasing, warehouse, quality inspection and other departments follow up on the production, material matching, inspection, packaging, and outbound progress of internal orders within the group, synchronize order status to internal customers, timely warn of delivery delay risks, and ensure timely delivery of orders 对接内部生产、PMC、采购、仓库、质检等部门，跟进集团内部订单生产、物料齐套、检验、包装、出库进度，同步订单状态给到内部客户，及时预警交期延迟风险，保障订单的按期交付。 3. Track booking, container loading, shipping, coordinate with freight forwarders, confirm sea/air freight logistics plans, track the logistics status of goods, and handle any abnormal issues during transportation 跟踪订舱、装柜、发运，对接货代，确认海运 / 空运物流方案，跟踪货物物流状态，处理运输途中异常问题。 4. Responsible for the complete set of customs declaration and inspection work for the import and export of the company's equipment and components, operating a single window and providing a complete set of customs declaration documents; Accurately complete HS code classification and declaration element filling, and control classification compliance risks 负责公司设备整机、零部件进出口报关报检全套工作，操作单一窗口，全套报关资料；准确完成 HS 编码归类、申报要素填报，把控归类合规风险。 5. According to the shipping plan, complete the freight forwarding inquiry, price comparison, and booking operations for sea, air, express, and multimodal transportation 根据出货计划，完成海运、空运、快件、多式联运的货代询价、比价、订舱操作。 6.Organize and verify logistics expense bills, check freight rates and miscellaneous expenses, reconcile with freight forwarders, and submit for financial review and payment 整理、核对物流费用账单，核对运价、杂费，和货代对账，提交财务审核付款。 |
