Production line change support and equipment failure treatment, equipment maintenance records and book to system; 3. Analysis and treatment of abnormal quality of the production lines; 4. The process of processing and improve the 6S, cost and saving improved; 5. Analysis and improvement of wave soldering, selective wave and coating equipment failure; 6. Programming and debugging, Profile set, testing and debugging; 7. Implementation of technical change and record; 8. Responsible for the management of spare parts and machine repair; 9. On line training for operator about machinery and equipment safety operation, technical training 10. Supporting new product quotation and evaluating new equipment and technology 11. Fixture and tooling design. |
