| 工作描述： |
1.Development of production technology roadmaps 2.Creating the production work instruction and training operator 3.Technical supports in pilot run stage. 4.Time management (for routing) 5.SAP data processing (maintaining BOM and creating & maintaining routing) 6.Productivity measures (workflows and products) 7.Responsible for production change management 8.Trouble shooting for process issues 9.Clarifying technical queries of customers 10.Ensuring completeness of customer documents (parts lists, drawings, specifications, schematic, gerber file, pick&place, firmware, etc.) and upload to system 11.Maintenance of reference data (parts lists, work plans, times, aid numbers) in SAP & ZDMS 12.Determining planned times (REFA, MTM) 13.Defining production accessory 14.Clarifying product-related queries of production staff 15.Change management and cost clarification 16.Participating in process approval (sample debriefing) 17.Other assignments by supervisor |

1.At least 3 years’experience in Electronic, Industrial Controls, Manufacturing or other related branch. 2.Bachelor Degree or above, major in Electronic/Engineering or related technical area; 3.Fluent English on oral and write, CET-4 4.Familiar with project management 5.Familiar with PCBA (SMT, Wave soldering) and box building process 6.Independent working, pressure taking, team player. 7.Excellent communication and problem solving skill 8.Working accuracy 9.ERP/SAP system knowledge 10.Good skills for CAM CAD/ CAM350, Microsoft Office 11.Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP,MSA,SPC is preferred |
