| 工作描述： |
根据客户合同及工况要求，负责螺杆泵及其成套系统的定制化开发设计，同时推动产品的标准化与模块化设计工作，提升产品可靠性、适用性与生产效率。 Based on customer contract requirements and operating conditions, responsible for the customized development and design of screw pumps and their complete systems (packaged systems), while promoting product standardization and modular design to enhance product reliability, applicability, and production efficiency. 1. 根据客户需求， 设计成套系统：包括进出口管路、安全阀、压力表、温度传感器、变频控制、冲洗/密封方案（机械密封/填料密封）、冷却/加热夹套等。 输出系统总图、部件图、BOM、安装基础图及管路走向图。 Design complete systems based on customer requirements, including: inlet and outlet piping, safety valves, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, variable frequency drive (VFD) control, flushing/sealing solutions (mechanical seals / gland packing), and cooling/heating jackets, etc. Deliver system general arrangement drawings, component drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), foundation installation drawings, and piping routing drawings. 2. 结合客户与企业发展的需求，对需要国产化的泵型和周边配套设备进行开发，改善和集成，从而帮助企业更好的降低制造成本，提升市场竞争力，拓展市场。 Combined with the development needs of customers and enterprises, Develop, improve and integrate localization pump and peripheral equipment ,to help enterprises reduce the manufacturing costs , improve the market competitiveness, expand the market. 3. 对客户提出的需求进行评估，并进行针对性的设计和开发 Evaluate customer requirements, design and develop accordingly. 4. 根据客户和服务的反馈，协助制造工程师对螺杆泵现存的问题进行改善，从而提升设备的质量状况，赢得市场的认可 According to customer and service team’s feedback, assist manufacturing engineer to improve the existing problems of pump., improve the quality of pump, Win the market recognition. 5. 协助部门领导进行螺杆泵的配件开发，优化设计降低制造成本，增强螺杆泵的市场竞争力 Assist leader to develop accessories for pump, optimize design to reduce the manufacturing cost, enhance the market competitiveness. 6. 根据供应商的资质进行评估与筛选，协助采购完成供应商的开发工作 Evaluate and screen suppliers according to their qualification, assist the purchaser to complete supplier development. 7. 项目支持：对于需要提供整机方案的项目，协助销售进行上下游配套设备的开发，指导并监督分包商完成客户现场的安装工作 Project support: For the projects that need to provide the Whole line solution, assist the sales to develop the upstream and downstream supporting equipment, guide and supervise the subcontractors to complete the installation task on the customer site. 8. 完成公司管理层，员工手册和直属领导交办事项与职责 Complete other tasks assigned by line manager, employee handbook and company management team. |

1.必备教育水平和技能 Necessary education and necessary additional skills 1)本科及以上学历，化工、 机电类专业为佳。 Bachelor degree or above，major in engineering, chemical, mechanical and electrical. 2)有一定的英语听、说、读、写能力。 Have a certain listening, speaking, reading and writing ability in English. 3)10年以上机械设计及相关的系统成套经验， 特别是化工行业设备设计制造专业为佳。 More than 10 years of experience in mechanical design, with relevant experience in system packaging / skid system integration, preferably in chemical industry equipment design and manufacturing. 4)熟练掌握Auto, 3D设计，Micro office等软件 Gain proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design, Micro office, etc. software. 5)有时会出差并在设备现场工作 Sometime will be traveled and work on the fieldwork. 6)良好的沟通技巧并能承担压力 Good communication skills and able to work under pressure. 2.期望的专业知识和经验 Desired professional knowledge and experience 1)独立完成机械部件的2D和3D图纸设计工作 Complete 2&3D drawing design of mechanical parts independently. 2)从事过非标设备的设计工作，有能力完成电机，工业泵类等成套系统。 Experience in the design of non-standard equipment, with the ability to complete complete systems (packaged systems) consisting of motors, industrial pumps, etc. 3)对石油化工行业标准有一定的了解，如防爆，API等 Familiar with petrochemical industry standards, including explosion protection (e.g., ATEX/IECEx), API standards, etc. |
