| 工作描述： |
1.供应商质量管理 / Supplier Quality： 1)主导外协供应商的准入审核、年度绩效评价及质量改进。 Lead supplier audit, annual performance evaluation, and quality improvement for outsourced parts. 2)根据来料检验标准及抽样方案，指导IQC检验。 According to incoming inspection standards & sampling plans, guide IQC. 3)跟踪供应商质量表现，推动持续改进。 Track supplier quality performanceand drive continuous improvement. 2.项目质量和制程质量管理 / Process Quality 1)识别装配关键质控点，制定过程检验规范并指导IPQC。 Identify key control points in assembly, define process inspection criteria and guide IPQC. 2)处理产线质量异常，牵头横向部门解决。 Handle production quality issues, and lead cross-functional resolution. 3.客户/售后质量管理 / Customer & After-Sales Quality 1)接收客户质量投诉（退机、现场故障等），主导问题解决，确保措施落地。 Receive customer complaints (returns, field failures, etc.), leadproblem-solving process, ensure effective implementation. 2)编制客诉分析报告，并推动经验教训横向展开至供应商及内部。 Prepare complaint analysis report, and drive lessons learned across suppliers and internal teams. 3)统计售后质量数据，推动系统性改进。 Analyze field quality data and drive systemic improvements. 4.新产品质量管理 / New Product Introduction Quality 1)参与新产品开发项目，评审设计及工艺方案的可制造性、可检验性。 Participate in NPI projects, assess manufacturability and inspectability of design & process. 2)制定新产品质量计划。 Define NPI quality plan. 5.其他基础工作 / Others 1)组织或参与内部审核，维护ISO 9001等体系运行。 Organize or participate in internal audits, maintain ISO 9001 and other systems. 2)编制/维护全流程质量文件。 Create/maintain quality documents. 6.公司管理层，员工手册和直属领导交办事项与职责。 All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management. |

1.必备教育水平和技能 Necessary education and necessary additional skills 1)本科及以上学历，机械、机电、材料、自动化等相关专业。 Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials, Automation or related field. 2)5年以上机械设备、自动化装备、工程机械、汽车零部件等制造业质量经验。 5+ years quality experience in manufacturing industry, such as mechanical equipment, automation machinery, heavy equipment, auto parts, etc. 3)必须具备机加工件、铸件质量经验，了解常见缺陷及检测方法；具备基础电气知识。 Must have quality experience with machining or casting parts, familiar with common defects and inspection methods; basic electrical knowledge. 2.期望的专业知识和经验 Desired professional knowledge and experience 1)熟悉ISO 9001，熟练使用8D、5Why等质量工具。 Familiar with ISO 9001, proficient in 8D, QC 7 tools, 5Why etc. 2)能独立对接供应商、客户及内部多部门，具备推动问题解决的执行力与沟通能力。 Ability to independently interface with suppliers, customers, and internal functions. Strong execution and communication skills to drive issue resolution. 3)有原则且能灵活处理紧急质量矛盾，能适应一定频次的短期出差（供应商、客户现场等）。 Principled yet flexible in handling urgent quality conflicts, able to travel in supplier or customer site. |
