| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to: 1、Cooperate with order processing, production, and manufacturing engineering team to define & follow up the material supply plan, and also in monthly, weekly and daily base; 2、Define and closely update the MRP to ensure on time delivery of raw materials and well preparation of other resources, and also to minimize the material shortage, excess and obsolescence; 3、Maintain the master data of materials in SAP R3; 4、Order parts from affiliates and external suppliers and monitor supplier delivery performance ; 5、Work with production, manufacturing engineering, quality, logistic and other related functions to closely monitor the forecast accuracy, material availability and finished goods delivery commitment; 6、Responsible for the inventory management, including slow moving materials, blocked materials, BOM related materials, consumables, WIP, finished goods, stocktaking, etc.; 7、Support/Coordinate the continuous improvement projects or localization projects; 8、Other tasks assigned by the line manager. Responsibilities: 1、Bachelor degree or above. ideally (industrial) engineering or logistics related major. 2、> 3 years in the role “Production Planner” 3、Knowledge and skills: Accurate, reliable, self dependent work style; Strong interpersonal communication skills; Strong planning/analysis skills, Strong Excel and SAP R/3 operation skills; Good knowledge/understanding of Custom Clearance related process/policy; Good knowledge/understanding of BOM and technical drawings 4、Good spoken and written English skills. |
