| 工作描述： |
1、协助产品经理参与项目筛选过程，完成新产品项目的开发立项。 Assist the product manager in the project selection process and complete the development initiation of new product projects. 2、 组织和主持项目启动会议，确保项目目标和关键里程碑得到充分理解和认可。 Organize and host project kickoff meetings to ensure that project goals and key milestones are fully understood and acknowledged. 3、 与德国总部及瑞士、奥地利和美国的子公司密切合作，领导并组织TCNW研发部门在机床和自动化产品领域的项目开发工作。 Collaborate closely with the German headquarters and subsidiaries in Switzerland, Austria, and the United States to lead and organize project development in the field of machine tools and automation products within the TCNW R&D department. 4、 根据批准的项目目标，遵循通快新品开发流程，利用Planisware等项目管理软件有效管理项目的进度、预算与资源配置。 Manage project progress, budget, and resource allocation effectively using project management software such as Planisware, in accordance with the approved project objectives and the Trumpf new product development process. 5、 使用JIRA软件跟踪项目进展及关键交付物，同时利用PowerBI对项目成本进行监督与控制。 Use JIRA software to track project progress and key deliverables, while leveraging PowerBI to monitor and control project costs. 6、 协调项目团队的核心成员及相关产品负责人，申请项目各阶段的关口释放。 Coordinate with core members of the project team and relevant product owners to request the release of project gates at various stages. 7、定期向产品负责人及相关方汇报项目进展，包括范围、进度、成本、风险和质量，并主导问题的升级处理。 Regularly report project progress to product owners and stakeholders, covering scope, progress, costs, risks, and quality, while leading the escalation of issues. 8、识别、分析和管理项目风险，制定相应的应对策略，以保障项目顺利推进。 Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, developing appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project advancement. 9、 促进跨部门沟通与协作，确保各方利益相关者保持一致，以实现项目成功。 Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration to ensure all stakeholders are aligned for project success. 10、 对项目团队成员进行指导和培训，提升团队的整体能力和项目交付质量。 Provide guidance and training to project team members to enhance the overall capability of the team and the quality of project delivery. 11、 积极支持开发流程的持续改进。 Actively support continuous improvement of the development process. 12、协调研发、采购、生产及质量等各相关方，推动量产产品的持续降本工作，定期组织会议收集降本措施，并跟踪落实，确保形成闭环管理。 Coordinate with R&D, procurement, production, and quality stakeholders to drive continuous cost reduction efforts for mass-produced products, regularly organizing meetings to gather cost-reduction measures and tracking implementation to ensure closed-loop management. 13、进行项目后评估，总结经验教训，为未来项目提供改进建议。 Conduct post-project evaluations to summarize lessons learned and provide improvement suggestions for future projects. 14、 按业务需求，完成直接主管分配的其他任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor as per business needs. 任职要求： 1、 Master degree with German education background 德国硕士教育背景 2、Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics related 机械工程或者机电一体化相关专业 3、>1 years of experience in a technical role or in project management in Machine tool industry 1年以上研发工作经验或机床行业项目管理经验 4、Knowledge and skills: - 对机床和自动化产品有浓厚的兴趣。 Strong interest in machine tools and automation products. - 具有结构性解决/分析问题的能力。 Ability to analyze and solve problems in a structured manner. - 擅长与人沟通，富有责任心，遇到困难时能主动寻求解决方案。 Excellent communication skills, responsible, and proactive in seeking solutions when facing challenges. - 当项目遇到瓶颈时，能够鼓励团队创造积极的氛围。 Able to encourage the team to create a positive atmosphere when the project encounters bottlenecks. - 具备一定的抗压能力。 Possess a certain level of resilience under pressure. - 项目管理技能（持有PMP证书者优先考虑）。 Project management skills (PMP certification is a plus). - 较强的英语口头和书面沟通能力，会德语优先考虑 Strong oral and written communication skills in English， German is a plus |
