| 工作描述： |
1)Issue purchase orders based on the requirements in the MRP system to ensure that suppliers deliver goods in the quantity and time specified in the purchase orders. 根据MRP系统中的需求下达采购订单，确保供应商按照采购订单要求的数量和时间交货。 2)According to the different payment terms of the suppliers, arrange the payment of the goods in a timely manner. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure the timely issuance of the letter of credit and the payment of the goods. 根据供应商不同的付款条件，及时安排货款的支付。 协调财务部门，确保信用证的及时开具和支付货款 3)According to the different payment terms of the suppliers, arrange the payment of the goods in a timely manner. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure the timely issuance of the letter of credit and the payment of the goods. 定期回顾物料安全库存的数量， 控制库存水平。 4)Regularly review the quantity of material safety stock and control the inventory level. 协调处理因供应商问题产生的投诉，监督供应商及时整改。 5)Evaluate the performance of suppliers. 评估供应商表现。 6)Complete other assignments as delegated by leadership. 完成领导委派的其他事宜。 Qualifications职位要求: 1)Education:Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in supply chain management,Operations Management, business administration, international trade or related fields is preferred. 教育背景：全日制本科及以上学历，供应链管理、运营管理、工商管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先。 2)Professional Skills Required 专业技能要求： · 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or production planning (preferably in food or FMCG). 3年以上供应链计划或生产计划经验（食品或快消品优先）。 · Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). 熟悉ERP系统（SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics）。 · Advanced Excel skills; experience with forecasting/planning tools a plus. 高级Excel技能；有预测/计划工具经验者优先。 · Have working experience in multinational enterprises or leading manufacturing companies. 有跨国企业或制造业头部企业工作经验。 · Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards is an advantage. 熟悉GMP， HACCP或食品安全标准者优先 · Fluency in English 英语流利 3）Quality requirements： 素质要求： · Clear in logic, with data sensitivity and systematic thinking, capable of independently solving complex problems. 逻辑清晰，具备数据敏感性和系统性思维，能独立解决复杂问题。 · Strong ability to withstand pressure, adaptable to a fast-paced working environment, and possessing a sense of cross-departmental collaboration. 抗压能力强，适应快节奏工作环境，具备跨部门协作意识。 · Clear career development intentions, willing to accept job rotation or undertake additional challenging tasks. 明确的职业发展意愿，愿意接受轮岗或承担额外挑战性任务。 |
