| 工作描述： |
1）Planning & Inventory Management 计划与库存管理 Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory policies 根据需求预测、产能和库存政策，制定和维护短期、中期和长期供应计划 Manage inventory levels to meet customer service targets and working capital goals 管理库存水平以达到客户服务目标和营运资金目标 Monitor stockouts, slow movers, and excess inventory, and take proactive action 监控缺货、滞销和过剩库存，并采取积极行动 2）Forecasting & S&OP 预测& S&OP Participate in the S&OP process, consolidating inputs from commercial and operations teams 参与S&OP流程，整合来自商务和运营团队的意见 Reconcile supply plans with sales forecasts and market intelligence 协调供应计划与销售预测和市场情况 Analyze historical trends and forecast accuracy to improve planning models 分析历史趋势和预测准确性，以改进规划模型 3）Procurement & Supplier Coordination 采购与供应商协调 Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging in line with production plans 确保原材料和包装的及时供应符合生产计划 Liaise with procurement to flag material risks, MOQ issues, and supplier lead times 与采购部门联系，标记材料风险、最小起订量问题和供应商交货期 Track PO execution, lead time adherence, and supplier reliability 跟踪订单执行情况，交货时间，供应商可靠性 4）Logistics & Fulfillment Support 物流和实现支持 Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatch planning and distribution alignment 与物流团队协调调度计划和配送路线 Optimize transportation and warehouse usage where needed 根据需要优化运输和仓库的使用 Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery targets are met 确保OTIF（准时交货）目标的达成 5）Data, Systems & Reporting 数据、系统和报告 Maintain planning data in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Kingdee) 维护ERP/MRP系统（如金蝶）中的计划数据 Generate regular planning reports, KPIs, and dashboards 生成定期计划报告、kpi和仪表板 Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes 在计划过程中支持持续改进 6）Other matters assigned by the leader 领导交办的其他事项 Qualifications职位要求: 1)Education:Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in supply chain management,Operations Management, business administration, international trade or related fields is preferred. 教育背景：全日制本科及以上学历，供应链管理、运营管理、工商管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先。 2)Professional Skills Required 专业技能要求： · 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or production planning (preferably in food or FMCG). 3年以上供应链计划或生产计划经验（食品或快消品优先）。 · Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). 熟悉ERP系统（SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics）。 · Advanced Excel skills; experience with forecasting/planning tools a plus. 高级Excel技能；有预测/计划工具经验者优先。 · Have working experience in multinational enterprises or leading manufacturing companies. 有跨国企业或制造业头部企业工作经验。 · Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards is an advantage. 熟悉GMP， HACCP或食品安全标准者优先 · Fluency in English 英语流利 3）Quality requirements： 素质要求： · Clear in logic, with data sensitivity and systematic thinking, capable of independently solving complex problems. 逻辑清晰，具备数据敏感性和系统性思维，能独立解决复杂问题。 · Strong ability to withstand pressure, adaptable to a fast-paced working environment, and possessing a sense of cross-departmental collaboration. 抗压能力强，适应快节奏工作环境，具备跨部门协作意识。 · Clear career development intentions, willing to accept job rotation or undertake additional challenging tasks. 明确的职业发展意愿，愿意接受轮岗或承担额外挑战性任务。 |
