| 工作描述： |
1.Check and cooperate with each department on order leading time estimation
2.Work for schedule setup for LCS orders regarding to retrofit, overhaul, onsite service, training and pre-owned machine (DC02/DC03/DC04/DC05/DC06)
3.Overview order intake and support project management team to manage the time resource distribution to secure overall delivery time requirement
4.Coordinate related departments on a single order and secure the whole workflow running smoothly
5.Coordinate related departments on re-scheduling when there is a change on order scope
6.Prepare all the technical document before delivery
7.Support and cooperate with PM to check all the scope of supply before delivery
8.Prepare and provide project time review report to PM
9.Setup local working time standard and continuously optimize it
10.Develop and continuously optimize time manage tool for leading time estimation
11.Support project management team to analysis and research the actual order execution and find out the bottle neck on leading time management
12.Trouble shooting for SAP system fault of order processing
13.Support T&BD team on existing process optimization
14.Cooperate with different departments on safety stock setting
