Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to respect the Quality Management System according to Customer and MMS standards
负责按照客户和MMS的标准遵守质量管理体系
2. Responsible for customer scorecard review (claims and PPMs) and responsible to trigger the corrective actions with the involved departments / areas if the results are not meeting expected requirements
负责客户记分卡的审核(索赔和PPMs)，如果结果不符合预期要求，负责与相关部门/地区启动纠正措施
3. In case of any escalation, due to customer complaints monitors and review the root cause analysis, the actions taken, and the lessons learned

4. Responsible for the Problem Solving process for both internal issues and customer complaints ensuring they are managed in due time and utilize robust RPS/8D reports

5. Maintain system to manage subcontractors of production parts and services to ensure quality parts are used in manufacturing system, including verifying acceptable components or material, tracking supplier performance and working with suppliers to establish corrective actions when needed

6. Ensures the collaboration of Project Quality and Production Quality for the new project hand over process to ensure that new projects fulfill the quality requirements of the plant

7. Actively participates in continuous improvement and corrective action activities focused on quality related processes in production

8. Responsible to track the plant operations quality objectives and monitor internal quality performance and trigger corrective action in case of deviation

9. Responsible to support the customer, internal and external management system audits. In case of an audit finding in their area of responsibility, organizes the investigation, correction or corrective action and verification

10. Approve the production quality related documentation for example control plan, work instructions, and deviation permits

11. Responsible to initiate and approve closure of the Temporary Quality Wall (TQW) for serial parts. Responsible to ensure TQW findings are fed back to the Production Line for the appropriate corrections

Requirement:
1. University degree in Engineering or relevant field of technical or business education
工程或相关专业大学本科学历
2. At least At least 5 years of experience in the appropriate industry working with quality tools
至少5年在相关行业使用质量工具的工作经验
3. At least 2 year of department supervision and management
2年以上部门监督管理经验
4. Ability to interpret drawings and requirements for ensuring the adherence to agreed Quality parameters products
能够理解图纸和要求，以确保符合商定的质量参数
5. Good in Microsoft o365 and able to use SAP
熟练使用微软办公软件及SAP
6. Analytical thinking & problem solving skills
分析思维和解决问题的能力
7. Knowledge on handling IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements
