Main Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to respect the Quality Management System according to Customer and MMS standards 负责按照客户和MMS的标准遵守质量管理体系 2. Responsible for customer scorecard review (claims and PPMs) and responsible to trigger the corrective actions with the involved departments / areas if the results are not meeting expected requirements 负责客户记分卡的审核(索赔和PPMs)，如果结果不符合预期要求，负责与相关部门/地区启动纠正措施 3. In case of any escalation, due to customer complaints monitors and review the root cause analysis, the actions taken, and the lessons learned 在任何升级的情况下，由于客户投诉监控和审查根本原因分析，采取的行动，和吸取的教训 4. Responsible for the Problem Solving process for both internal issues and customer complaints ensuring they are managed in due time and utilize robust RPS/8D reports 负责内部及客户投诉的问题解决过程，确保这些问题及时得到管理，并利用可靠的RPS/8D报告 5. Maintain system to manage subcontractors of production parts and services to ensure quality parts are used in manufacturing system, including verifying acceptable components or material, tracking supplier performance and working with suppliers to establish corrective actions when needed 维护系统以管理生产部件和服务的分包商，以确保生产系统中使用的部件质量，包括验证可接受的部件或材料，跟踪供应商的表现，并在需要时与供应商合作建立纠正措施 6. Actively participates in continuous improvement and corrective action activities focused on quality related processes in production 积极参与生产过程中与质量相关的持续改进和纠正措施活动 8. Responsible to track the plant operations quality objectives and monitor internal quality performance and trigger corrective action in case of deviation 负责跟踪工厂运行质量目标，监控内部质量表现，并在出现偏差时采取纠正措施 9. Responsible to support the customer, internal and external management system audits. In case of an audit finding in their area of responsibility, organizes the investigation, correction or corrective action and verification 负责支持客户、内外部管理体系审核。在其职责范围内发现审计问题时，组织调查、纠正或纠正行动和核实 10. Approve the production quality related documentation for example control plan, work instructions, and deviation permits 批准生产质量相关文件，如控制计划，作业指导书和偏差许可证 11. Ability to interpret drawings and requirements for ensuring the adherence to agreed Quality parameters products 能够理解图纸和要求，以确保符合商定的质量参数 5. Good in Microsoft o365 and able to use SAP 熟练使用微软办公软件及SAP 6. Analytical thinking & problem solving skills 分析思维和解决问题的能力 7. Knowledge on handling IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements 熟悉处理IATF 16949和ISO 14001要求 |
