| 工作描述： |
Main Responsibilities: 1. Create, implement, improve and maintain the EHS culture for company, Continuously improve EHS awareness for contractors, visitors, employees; 建立、实施、提升和维护公司的EHS文化,持续提升承包商、访客、雇员的EHS意识 2. Establish the plant “Health, Safety, Security and Environment” operation procedures and oversee their application. 建立工厂的“健康，安全和环境”操作程序并监督其应用。 3. Correct and report any unsafe condition and action in time. 及时纠正和汇报任何不安全的因素和行为； 4. Manage communication on accidents registered and promote a safety, environmental and security attitude. 基于安全和环保的角度，对已登记的事故进行沟通，管理。 5. Be responsible for accident root cause investigation, following up and establish corrective actions and preventive actions; 负责事故的根本原因调查分析，跟踪并设立纠正和预防措施； 6. Carry out inspections and internal audits, make recommendations and specify corresponding actions as well as the responsibility for implementing it. 进行检查和内部审计，提出建议，明确相应的行动和实施的责任 7. Be involved in the cooperation and negotiation work with government. 参与工厂与政府之间的合作协调沟通工作。 |

Requirement: 1. College and above degree, major in chemistry, environment, safety or related field. 大专及以上学历，化学、环境、安全及相关专业。 2. At least 3 years working experience related to EHS. 3年以上EHS方面的工作经验。 3. Familiar with local EHS laws, policies and regulations. 熟悉EHS相关政策及法律法规。 4. Familiar with Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 熟练使用微软的办公软件。 5. Good at English speaking, written, listening ability. 良好的英语能力。 6. Can read architectural and fire protection system drawings. 能够看懂建筑和消防图纸。 7. Positive working attitude, careful, enthusiastic, patient personality and team spirit. 工作态度积极，认真负责，热情、耐心并具有团队精神 |
