| 工作描述： |
1.Able to use universal maintenance tools and comply with safety operation requirements for maintenance.
能够使用通用的维修工具及遵守维修的安全操作要求。
2.Responsible for handling daily maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures of KL production equipment.
负责处理KL生产设备的日常维修，机械，电气及液压故障。
3.Develop a checklist for new equipment and distribute them to the site; Train production employees based on equipment inspection content and keep training records (for PR inspection). Develop a monthly or above maintenance list for new equipment; Train PM maintenance technicians based on equipment maintenance content, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual content (spot checks performed by PM)，Collaborate to create a maintenance plan for new equipment in SAP.
制定新设备的点检表与点检表指导书并发放现场；根据设备点检内容培训生产员工，并做好培训记录（PR执行的点检）。制定新设备月度以上保养清单；根据设备保养内容培训PM维修技术员月，季度，半年度，年度内容（PM执行的点检），合作在SAP中创建新设备的保养计划。
4.Plan and coordinate department monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual maintenance, and track maintenance completion status.
计划并协调部门月/季度/半年度/年度保养，并跟踪保养完成情况。
5.Continuously improve based on repair or maintenance findings, update equipment maintenance plans, and track the subsequent processing status of discovered items. Participate in internal audits, customer audits, system audits, etc. (maintenance part), and improve non conformities. Regularly review maintenance plans and forms every year.
根据维修或者保养发现持续改进，更新设备保养计划，并跟踪发现项后续处理状态。参与内部审核，客户审核，体系审核等（保养部分），改善不符合项。每年定期回顾保养计划，表单情况。
6.Plan external annual maintenance and track supplier implementation, promptly handle and track maintenance findings.
计划外部年度保养并跟踪供应商实施情况，及时处理跟踪保养发现项。
7.Other tasks assigned by superiors. 上级安排的其他工作。
