We are looking for a self-motivated and talented senior marketing specialist.
In this position you work at the interface of sales, marketing and lead management and you are responsible to strengthen the brand awareness and generate leads via innovative event formats or digital channels.
1、Conceptualization, planning, implementation and coordination of marketing events including (local seminars, industry conferences, trade shows and inhouse events etc.)
2、Manage and further develop our social media channels including WeChat, TikTok, etc. Create attractive content for social media, increase followers, develop ideas how to promote our products, monitor the performance of the channels and increase the impact for lead generation.
3、Responsible for search engineer marketing and optimization (SEO/ SEM) as well as website performance. Coordination of the SEO/SEM agency, daily optimization of key word strategy.
4、Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, assess main KPIs, create data-driven actionable insights and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the campaigns
5、Responsbile for the monthly marketing reporting including alignment with relevant colleagues and functions.
6、Seek and manage external suppliers to support Marcom activities according to business and marketing requirements and support / lead other projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1、bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, communication, digital marketing or similar.
2、Working experience:
- Min. 2-3 years’ working experience in a marketing role for an agency
- Experience in SEO / SEM and event marketing are advantages
- Experience in social media channel management, content creation, marketing analytics and orchestration of digital campaigns
3、Knowledge and skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills and strong in implementation
- Good writing/editing skills including copywriting, SEO content and meta descriptions, social media etc.
4、English is must!!! (CET 6 or above, fluent oral English, proficient in written English.)
