工作描述：	Develop, validate, and continuously improve mechanical assembly processes for laser cutting machines and related modules. Ensure that assembly operations are safe, stable, and repeatable, while meeting equipment accuracy, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Work with R&D, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Service teams to improve manufacturability and assembly readiness, and drive assembly issues to closure. 负责激光切割设备及相关模块的机械装配工艺开发、验证与持续改进，确保装配过程安全、稳定、可重复，满足设备精度、质量、交付和成本目标。与研发、生产、质量、采购及售后团队协作，推动设计可制造性提升和装配问题闭环。 Main/Essential Task Process Development and Documentation: Develop mechanical assembly routes, process flows, work instructions, assembly illustrations, and inspection requirements. Maintain process documentation and ensure that current revisions are available and used on the shop floor. 工艺开发与文件编制：制定机械装配工艺路线、工序流程、作业指导书、装配图示及检验要求；维护工艺文件并确保现场使用的版本有效。 Assembly Planning and Tooling: Plan assembly sequences, datums, and adjustment methods for machine beds, crossbeams, guideways, drive systems, and tables; specify and validate tooling, lifting equipment, and workstation requirements. 装配方案与工装：规划床身、横梁、导轨、传动机构及工作台等模块的装配顺序、基准和调整方法；提出并验证工装、吊装工具及工位需求。 Accuracy and Quality Control: Define critical dimensions, tolerances, and in-process inspections; guide accuracy checks and assembly adjustments, and resolve quality issues. 精度与质量控制：制定关键尺寸、公差和过程检验要求，指导精度检测与装配调整，分析并解决质量问题。 Engineering Change Management (ECM): Assess engineering change impacts on BOMs, drawings, processes, tooling, work in progress, and inventory. Coordinate reviews and define cut-in and traceability plans to ensure changes are approved, communicated, validated, and closed. 工程变更管理（ECM）：评估工程变更对BOM、图纸、工艺、工装、在制品及库存的影响，协调评审并制定切换与追溯方案，确保变更获批、传达、验证和闭环。 Prototyping and Production Launch: Support prototype builds, process validation, and production launch; improve assembly takt time and standard labor times, and close build issues promptly. 试制与量产导入：支持新产品试制、工艺验证及量产准备，优化装配节拍与标准工时，推动试装问题及时关闭。 Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement: Analyze shop-floor and quality data, define corrective actions, and continuously improve assembly quality, efficiency, and cost. 异常分析与持续改进：分析现场和质量数据，制定纠正措施，持续改善装配质量、效率与成本。 Cross-functional Collaboration: Conduct design-for-manufacturing and design-for-assembly reviews with R&D, improve designs and assembly interfaces, and work with Quality, Supply Chain, and Service to resolve related issues. 跨部门协同：评估工程变更对BOM、图纸、工艺、工装、在制品及库存的影响，协调评审并制定切换与追溯方案，确保变更获批、传达、验证和闭环。 Comply with the safety standards and quality control system standard strictly. 严格遵守生产安全标准及质量控制系统标准。 Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement, be willing to work over time if necessary. 根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作，可接受公司必要的加班。 Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历 Experience in mechanical equipment assembly processes, manufacturing processes, or production of advanced equipment. Knowledge of mechanical assembly process planning and the ability to interpret mechanical and assembly drawings, technical specifications, and tolerance requirements. Experience with laser cutting machines, CNC machine tools, or large precision machinery is preferred. 具备机械设备装配工艺、机械制造工艺或高端装备生产相关经验,熟悉机械装配工艺设计方法，能够阅读机械图纸、装配图、技术规范及公差要求；有激光切割机、数控机床或大型精密设备经验者优先。 Background in precision mechanical assembly and inspection, with an understanding of assembly and adjustment methods for common motion components such as guideways, rack-and-pinion drives, ball screws, bearings, and couplings. 具备精密机械装配和检测基础，了解导轨、齿轮齿条、丝杠、轴承、联轴器等常见传动部件的装配与调整方法。 • Experience preparing process documentation and resolving shop-floor issues. Strong structured problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to follow issues through to closure. 熟悉工艺文件编制与现场问题处理，具备结构化分析和跨部门沟通能力，能够跟进问题直至闭环。
