Intern of TCNE Strategy & New Business Development will support strategic projects and new business development projects by:
实习生将通过如下几点支持战略与新业务拓展项目。
1.Conducting research on specified strategic topics, including data collecting and analysis.
执行对于特定战略相关话题的独立研究，包括数据收集与分析
2.Finishing the report with PPT, including data visualization
使用PPT完成相关报告，包含数据可视化展示
3.Supporting the organization and preparation of the workshops for strategy discussion
支持战略相关工作坊的组织与准备工作
4.Prepare meeting minutes and track the open topics after meeting
记录会议纪要并在会后追踪行动计划的执行情况
5.Other tasks assigned by supervisor

1.Student at University for master's degree, prefer study abroad experience in Asia
在读硕士，优先有亚洲留学经验的
2.Management, project management, business administration or similar
工商管理或项目管理类似的专业
3.Good knowledge of data collecting method, esp. desktop research
熟悉常用的数据收集与检索方法，尤其是文献调研
4.Good English language skills: speaking, reading and writing; Japanese / Korean as plus
英语听说读写能力；会日语或韩语更优
5.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Pivot
熟悉MS Office，尤其是PowerPoint和Excel 数据透视表
6.Structured and independent working attitude, strong analytical and organizational skills
独立的工作态度，强大的分析和组织能力
7.First practical experience in market analysis, product / project management
有市场研究，或产品/项目管理的实践经验
8.Duration: ~6 months, flexible starting date

9.Understand and obey TRUMPF’s Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct
理解并遵守TRUMPF的员工手册和行为准则
10.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China
