工作描述Job description: 1. 负责车间物料来料、制成、成品的品质管控。 Responsibility for the quality control of the incoming components、on-going process and finished goods 2. 按照图纸对物料进行检验和登记,针对壳体类、套管类、轴类零件的尺寸和外观进行量测和监控。重点在机加工件的尺寸管控和热处理效果管控。 Inspect and register the components according to the drawings. Measure and monitor the size and appearance around shell, bushing and shaft parts. Especially, on the size control of CNC parts and heat treatment effect control of forging parts 3. 专注于自行车部件的组装，特别是跟踪CNC部件的组装状态，以保持生产线的平稳运行 Focus on bicycle components assembled, especial tracking the CNC parts assembly status to keep the line running smoothly 4. 配合产线生产，完成上级安排相关的工作 Cooperate with the production line and complete the relevant work arranged by the superior 工作要求Job request: 1. 中专或者大专，机械类专业, 在机械行业内从事质量检验工作3年以上； Polytechnic school degree or College degree，major in machinery, engaged in quality inspection in the mechanical industry for more than 3 years 2. 熟悉检验流程，了解抽样方法，会使用基本的量检具。会使用二次元投影仪者优先； Be familiar with the inspection process, understand the sampling method, be able to use the basic measuring tools. Ability to use two-dimensional projector is preferred. 3. 了解机加工基本过程，能够在产品异常时快速地分析可能出现的步骤并及时向上级反馈。 Understand the basic machining process, be able to quickly analyze the possible steps when the product is abnormal, and feed back to the superior and customer in time. 4. 能够看懂日常的工作中的英文版本表格，能够用英语进行基础的工作交流 Be able to understand the English version of forms in daily work, and be able to basic communicate in English |
