| 工作描述： |
1. 遵守公司和部门各项规章制度，配合各部门完成各项与质量相关的工作。
Abide by the rules and regulations of the company and the department and cooperate with each department to complete various quality-related work.
2. 完成实验室日常工作任务及必要的升级改造。
Execute tasks of the daily work and some necessary update in the laboratory.
3. 负责实验室日常设备以及相关物品的管理和使用。
Use and maintain the laboratory equipment and the related devices.
4. 与销售及客户对接进行客户实验的安全评估，确定实验目标及价格评估。
Co-work with sales and customers to assess the safety and invest, clarify the target of the trial.
5. 对客户实验进项计划安排并试做及撰写实验报告
Prepare and coordinate of the trail works for customer and make trial report.
6. 负责客户实验产品的管理以及后续的跟踪工作。
Execute the customer trials and support the further following up together with sales.
7. 对客户展示实验室相关设备及必要时的演示工作。
Responsible for exhibition lab related machine and show the process if necessary.
8. 与公司总部同事一起负责内部新产品新应用的开发。
Be responsible for new product or application development together with headquarter colleagues.
9. 参与工艺部工艺相关问题的讨论及客户投诉处理。
Participate process discussion within process department and dealing with process compliance from customer if necessary.
10. 必要时到客户现场出差负责工艺问题的解决，负责出差以及现场服务过程中的人身和设备安全。
Dealing with process issues on customer site if necessary and need to ensure personal and equipment safety during business trips and on-site services.
11. 合理安排出差时间及交通，自觉做好差旅费用控制。
Can arrange travel time and transportation reasonably and control travel expenses consciously.
12. 公司管理层、员工手册和相关主管交办事项与职责。
All other duties requested by the supervisor, employee handbook and company management.
*Vocational education 职业教育
• 本科及以上学历，工程专业(化学工程、工艺工程或聚合物工程);
Min. Bachelor in engineering (chemical engineering or process engineering or polymer engineering) ；
• 吃苦耐劳，与人为善，乐于与人沟通；
Hard working, friendly and willing to communicate with others
• 具有很好的团队合作和自我激励能力；
Good team work and self-motivation
• 具有良好的解决问题和协调能力；
Good problem solving and coordination ability
• 具备基本的英语知识，愿意学习和提高。
At least basic English knowledge and the willingness to learn and improve
• 高分子技术知识
Knowledge in polymer technology
• 挤出知识背景
Knowledge in extrusion
