| 工作描述： |
1.遵守公司和部门各项规章制度，配合各部门完成服务相关的工作 Abide by the rules and regulations of the company and the department, and cooperate with each department to complete various service work. 2.执行客户要求的有偿服务。 Implement customer compensable service. 3.支持FAT工程师进行设备出厂前调试。 Support FAT before delivery. 4.设备到达客户现场的安装调试及培训。 customer site installation, commissioning and training. 5.对公司销售的挤出机的硬件和软件进行维修保养和维修。 Be responsible for extruder hardware and software maintenance and repairing. 6.熟悉上下游设备，并可对上下游设备与我司挤出机进行联动。 Be familiar with up & down equipment, can integrated them together with extruder. 7.对销售的售前售中售后提供服务型的支持。 Provide service support to sales before/in/after sale. 8.需要和客户现场人员进行沟通，反馈并确认设备问题所在，并同团队沟通，提供解决方案。 Need to communicate with customer, confirm onsite issues and feedback for communicating with team to provide solutions. 9.负责现场问题的总结归纳及提出合理建议。 Need to summary and induction of on-site problems and reasonable suggestions. 10.负责客户现场挤出机操作的培训。 Be responsible for onsite extruder operation training. 11.不断提高自身的业务能力，认真参加公司组织的各种培训。 Keep improving service ability, be actively attend kinds of training organized by company. 12.负责出差以及现场服务过程中的人身和设备安全。 Need to ensure personal and equipment safety during business trip and on-site service. 13.合理安排出差时间及交通，自觉做好差旅费用控制。 Can arrange travel time and transportation reasonably and control travel expenses consciously. 14. 负责完成领导交办的其它工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by leaders. |

1.大学专科及以上学历，机电专业偏电气类佳，低压电工证优先 Junior college education or above, major in Mechanical Electrical engineering. 2.2年以上机械，电气设备调试相关工作经验。 At least 2 years of experience in mechanical, electrical service job experience. 3.能看懂基本的电路图纸，机械图纸 Able to read and understand electrical drawing and mechanical drawing. 4.掌握基本的办公软件操作。 Basic knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office (PPT, EXCEL, Word). 5.良好的沟通能力，有团队精神以及自我提升意愿。 Good communication skills, strong team spirit, self-driven. 6.沟通能力强，逻辑清晰，并能承担压力，能接收长时间的出差（最长一个月左右的连续出差，一年100多天的出差时间） Good communication skills, logical thinking, able to work under pressure. 7.工作积极主动，踏实细心，有责任心，抗压能力强，沟通能力强。 Proactive, work carefully, and have strong sense of responsibility. 8．挤出机行业相关经验为佳 9．现场技术服务相关经验为佳 |
