1)Overall development and implementation of purchasing plan for materials in accordance with the target set by the company and carrying out separate tasks as required by the purchasing manager or designed team leader.
根据公司目标全面执行原材料采购计划和采购经理或设计团队领导单独要求的任务。
2)To identify, assess and propose suppliers in accordance with the target set by the company and the purchasing standard procedure operation procedures.
识别、评估与公司目标和采购标准运作程序一致的供应商。
3)Qualified metal commodity supplier management, and keep good relationship with supplier
合格金属部品供应商的管理，并维护供应商的合作关系
4)Well know the changes of metal raw material market price and conditions and analysis the impact of such changes to the competition.
熟悉金属原料市场价格变化并分析这种变化对竞争的影响。
5)Develop and reserve potential metal part supplier
潜在金属部品供应商的开发和储备
6)Offer and implement purchasing strategy of metal commodity
提出和执行金属部品的采购策略
7)Continue price control and cost down for metal commodity parts. pushing supplier improving advance VA/VE
金属部品采购成本的持续控制和下降，推动供应商完善VA/VE成本控制体系
8)Purchasing documents and data management, and build mold of cost analysis
采购文件和基础数据的管理并构建成本分析模块
9)Regular audit supplier plant to know latest situation of machine and manufactory process,
定期审核供应商了解供应商的设备和生产工艺的最新状态
10)Base on design department provide new technical which BOS would use in future, develop and reserve quality supplier
针对设计部门提出的未来将要使用的新技术开发和储备有资质的供应商.
11)Offer and improve mold of quoting and bid.
提出并完善公司的报价和竞价模式
12)Secret responsibility for the relative information of technology and business etc.
相关技术和业务信息的保密职责。
13)Be responsible for relevant issues of trade security.

Above college degree, major in machine or related field.
大专以上学历， 机械类或相关专业
Above 3 years relative working experience, experience in Automotive industry field is preferred. Familiar with stamping , machining turning process
三年以上工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验优先，熟悉冲压，车铣加工。
Understand project development process & APQP.
了解项目开发流程和APQP
Strong communicate & negotiation skill.
