| 工作描述： |
1)Build up and improve the process of product audit. 负责开发、建立和完善产品审核流程。 2)Organize and conduct the product audit process evaluation. 负责组织并实施产品审核流程的评估. 3)Responsible for recording, analysis and reporting product quality level. 统计、分析并报告产品质量水平。 4)Product quality improvement follow-up. 产品质量改进跟踪。 5)Supervise, support, and guide the daily job of the team members. 管理、指导小组成员日常的工作。 6)Continuous training for internal product audit. 对部门内产品审核人员进行持续的岗位培训。 7)Responsible for process quality inspector management 过程质量检验员日常管理 8)Informed related department about first-last part quality level and released status on white board 通知相关部门首末件质量状况并且维护白板状态 9)Other tasks assigned by the supervisors. 完成上级安排的其他任务。 |

1）College degree, mechanical background is preferred. 大专或以上学历，机械背景优先。 2）1+ years’ quality management experience. 1年以上质量管理经验 3）Good knowledge of BOS product specifications. 了解BOS产品规格 4）Be familiar with automotive industry quality standard, such as TS16949. Good command of quality tools. 熟悉汽车行业质量标准，例如TS16949.熟练运用质量工具 5）Logical thinking, good problem solving skills. 逻辑思维能力强，较好的处理问题 6）Well organization, coordination and communication ability. Teaming leading experience. 良好的组织协调能力和团队领导能力 7）Good knowledge of MS office, special in Excel skills. 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其是Excel技能 |
