Role Purpose:
• To ensure QA/QC and minimum quality standards are enforced in the manufacturing mixing and packaging area.
• Lead the investigation and CAPA follow up of batch failure/Non-conforms/Process deviation/Close call/quality audit/production quality issue with relevant core team.
Accountabilities:
• Area quality leader is the leader of all quality issues in manufacturing area.
• Consultant with solutions on quality issues relating to manufacturing area, manage and lead the investigation on batch failure/Non-conforms/Process deviation/Close call and production quality issue with production team.
• Review, evaluate and support corrective and preventative action plans(CAPA) in collaboration with responsible person. Monitor and track status of CAPAs to ensure the issues are adequately addressed and completed.
• Work closely with production team to ensure Trackwise deviation/change control records are raised and closed in time all quality issues, provide training when necessary.
• Daily inspection and submit observation report, monthly review meeting for repeating observations and robust CAPA, effectiveness check.
• To ensure all the activities carried out in production area are compliant to quality and regulatory requirements, identify and report the gap to line manager if there is any.
• Drive and implement quality related actions to achieve process KPIs especially RFT.
• Work closely with compliance team to check the CAPA effectively implemented in site.
• Organize and conduct the quality training related with manufacturing area.
Skills & Experience required:
• Bachelor’s in chemistry, Pharmaceuticals or other related.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good leadership
• Ability to detect and solve the issues
• Strong analytical skills -Depp and rational investigation skills for root cause analysis purpose
• Familiar with GMP of cosmetic products, regulation etc.
• Good computer skills
