| 工作描述： |
Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for mechanical related maintenance & modification, pump, vacuum system, fan, agitator, robot, filling line, packing line ASRS, conveyor ,chiller, compressor, tank .
2. Equipment maintenance management and implementation, including but not limit to: procedure establishing, PM plan , quality and HSE requirement compliance, routine monitoring, troubleshooting, problem solve and prevention, to ensure its compliance with GMP and HSE requirement.
3. Responsible for equipment budget plan, spare parts plan, qualification, renovation, quality control, ensue to compliance with regulation of local and corporation
4. Work as team leader when manager absence .
5. Involve in TPM, reduce equipment break down loss. Define key reliability parameter(MTBF,MTTR…) and work with other functions to set up limits and develop monitoring program
6. Lead technician performing daily maintenance &Root Cause Failure Analysis.
7. Support start up
Qualifications
1. Skilled in mechanical engineering , have deep knowledge about rotating equipment& static equipment (compressors, pumps, tanks…) and filling &packing machine units , have a deep knowledge design codes (GB, HG, SH, ASME,GMP…).
2. Able to lead team .
3. Good understanding of GMP requirement.
4. Degree in engineering, manufacturing or equivalent.
5. Minimum 5 years experience , of which at list with 3 years is in GMP environment related to food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
6. Skilled in relevant software and tools.
