| 工作描述： |
Accountabilities: • Execute mixing production per work order, organize required people, material. 组织人员，材料按照工单进行生产。 • Responsible for daily start-up checking before production starts, report safety/quality issues timely. 负责每天开班前按要求做生产前的检查，并及时报告安全或质量问题。 • Monitor the whole filling & packing process, cleaning process, line clearance are following SOP/WI, to make sure production safety, product quality and efficiency. 监督整个灌装机包装生产过程，清洁过程，清场，以确保安全生产，产品质量合格，效率达标。 • Do in-process quality control which include filling volume, capping force, coding effect, product visual hourly to make sure products quality standard are met. 执行过程质量控制，包括灌装重量，拧盖力，喷码效果，产品外观等，以确保满足质量标准的要求。 • Identify, report and solve issues or potential issues which related to safety, quality, efficiency. 发现，报告和解决与安全生产，产品质量，生产效率有关的问题，或潜在的问题。 • Provide operational skills to operators to make sure they are capable to operate per SOP/WI and meet production needs. 为普通操作工提供岗位技能培训，使其具备按SOP/WI操作设备的能力，以及能够满足生产的要求。 • Ensure the shop floor are clean, organized all the time. 指导操作工对工作区域进行清洁，在任何时候都保证其干净整洁。 • Monitor Doing AM to machines per WI. 监督操作工按操作规章，对设备进行自主维护。 • Control and reduce material wastage within target. 控制并减少材料消耗，以达成消耗目标。 • Make records by following Data Integrity policy. 遵守数据完整性规章完成所需记录。 • Raise up ideas for continues improvement. 持续提出改进型的建议。 Skills & Experience required: • Technical school or above graduated, majored in Chemical or Electromechanical; or High school graduated, has 1-3 years or above working experience, in the FMCG, Chemical or Pharm field is preferred. 技校或以上学历，主修化工或机电；高中或以上学历，1-3年以上在快消品，化工，制药行业的经验。 • Ability to manage a team with 6~10 persons. 具备管理6-10人的能力,。 • Hold auto filling/packing machines or other equipment operation, maintenance experience is preferred. 有操作过原料备料，操作自动灌装机，旋盖机，贴标机，装箱机，码垛机的经验；有设备的保养经验尤佳。 • Hands on ability and ability to operate, adjust machines after being trained. 动手能力强，在接受培训后，有能力操作和调整设备。 • Good quality sense and Ability to make judgement for product quality. 具备良好的质量意识和质量判断能力。 • In good healthy with strong body, able to take minimum physical job. 身体健康体力充沛，能进行基本的体力劳动。 Professional qualifications required: • Good communicate, co-ordination skills. 良好的沟通，协调技能。 • Basic computer operating skill. 基本的电脑操作技能。 • Basic GMP/ISO9000 knowledge. 基本的GMP，ISO9000知识。 • Command of Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point skills is preferred. 会用文字处理软件尤佳。 Personal Attributes: • Fast learning, hardworking, can-do attitude. 学习能力强，勤奋，工作态度积极。 • Good expression skills. 良好的表达能力。 • Result oriented. 责任心强。 • Effective team player. 良好的团队合作精神。 • Able to work full time in Taicang. 可在太仓长期工作。 • Able to work in day to night shift. 适应倒班。 |
