| 工作描述： |
1.Support to build-up Technology transfer strategy including but not limited as: scope definition/core teams/phasing schedule/sourcing plan/etc.
2.Support to dig out and finalize Technology transfer matrix including but not limited as: technology matrix/process validation matrix/attribute product matrix etc.
3.Conduct and track technology transfer activities spread in the whole cross operation teams including production/quality/engineering/planning/EHS etc.
4.Involve Dettol process equipment delivery lifecycle from FAT to PQ including both mixing process and packing process relatively.
5.Continuously review & develop and deliver the progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations for technology transfer activities to make sure maximum match vertical start-up strategy
6.Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the start-up team, analyse the results, and troubleshoot problem areas for technology transfer.
7.Support to study new technology feasibility and current technology continuously improvement. |

1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineer, or in Science. 2.Well versed with Auto-CAD/Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point & Project etc 3.Written and Verbal fluency in English is essential. 4. Self-motivate with solid planning and organisational capabilities |
| 其它要求： |
1.In depth knowledge and experience of manufacturing technology
2.2+ years industry experience/Pharmaceuticals/FMCG business.
3.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
4.Experience in Technology transfer is a plus, at least know how.
5.Understands basic technology of liquids making and packing.
6.Familiar with Quality standards and HSE and Regulatory compliance requirements.
7.Fundamental project management skills. |
