重点 Highlight： 1. 设备部日常和大型设备采购 2. 从国外购买零部件, 对直接和间接物料的采购都有一些认识; 3. 能与国外直接沟通,与国外同事参与本地化项目。 工作职责： 1、负责采购数据库更新维护,潜在、备用供应商资料收集、整理、更新。 In charge of purchasing data maintence;collection, tiding up, updating for potential suppliers 2、负责供应商的开发、调查、选择、评估、管理、监控，更新，维护合格供应商名册； In charge of supplier sourcing, questionaire, selection, evaluation, monitoring, and updating AVL 3、负责向供应商询价，比价，定价，签订采购合同/订单并跟踪到货； In charge of inquiry, price comparison，quotation selection; issue PO or contract and follow up delivery 4、负责收集和整理项目物料采购资料并传递给SCM部门； In charge of collecting and tiding up purchasing data for project, and tranferring to SCM 5、负责采购数据统计分析，供应商考核和提升供应商能力； In charge of stat. and analysis for purchasing data, supplier evaluation/audit and upgrade supplier's capability 6、协助经理完成采购部其他事务； To support manager finish other tasks of purchasing department 任职资格： ◆ 知识要求（如教育背景等）Knowledge Requirement 大专以上，工科类或者商务专业优先；良好的英语听说写能力 Junior college or above, majored in technical or busniess is preferred; Good English in listening, speaking and writing ◆ 经验要求 Experience Requirement 三年以上制造业采购工作经验，有一定的塑胶，五金，机械，模具等方面的知识 Three years more of purchasing experience in manufacturing compay, own necessary knowledge of plastic, metal, machanism, tooling, etc ◆ 技能要求 Skill Requirement 熟练使用Office软件；具备一定的英语听说读写能力；熟悉ISO9000和ISO/TS16949标准优先 Use office software expertly; English listening, speaking, reading, writing; familiar with ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949 is preferred |
