岗位职责: 1.负责订单到收款全流程管理,包括订单接收、系统录入、订单评审、状态跟进;主导订单交付,掌握交付进度,协调解决交付异常,实现准时交付目标达成。Manage the whole process of order-to-cash, including forecast and order review,upload in ERP system, order confirming and tracking.Drive customer order delivery by follow up delivery progress,coordinate and resolve roadblock to achieve on-time delivery targets. 2.负责原材料和包材的需求预测和订单,精准识别需求缺口,为采购决策提供依据;主导原材料订单的释放,与供应商保持密切沟通,跟进交付进度,以满足生产需求;Responsible for raw material and package forecast and order releasing by identifying gap to support ordering process, drive ordering and deliveries to fulfill demands. 3.有效处理客户关于订单、发货、退货的所有疑问,及时解决问题并反馈客户;Effectively handle customers’ enquiries related to orders, delivery and return, solve the issues and provide feedback to customers in time 4.负责处理投诉和异常情况,通过记录问题日志管理客户反馈,确保持续改进; Responsible for handling complaints and exceptions. Manage the customer feedback through recording issue log and ensure continuous improvement 5. 监控库存水平以确保库存周转率达到目标Monitor inventory level to ensure inventory turnover rate meet target 6.准备和编制发货相关的文件、开具系统发票完成交付闭环Preparation and Creat goods delivery docs. Creat billing and invoicing to conduct the closed-loop deliveries. 7.负责应收、应付账款的系统流程,支持财务工作Support Financial affairs by leading AR&AP process 8.管理和更新客服相关SOP文件,为内部/外部审计提供订单相关文档支持,确保合规及KPI达成;Manage and update SOP documents, Provide order-related documents for internal and external audit to ensure compliance and KPI achievement; 9.完成直线经理、部门负责人安排的临时任务 Conduct other task assigned by line manager and depart head. 任职要求: 1.大专以上学历 ,25-45岁 ,五官端正,从事客户服务相关工作2年以上; 2.熟练使用 ERP 系统,英文良好; 3.开朗,大方,举止得体,与客户能良好沟通,有责任心,工作认真! |
