工作描述：	1.Maintenance and administration for local IT components: a)Desktops/Notebooks, local servers b)Peripheral IT equipment c)Telephony/mobile data communication(Blackberry, PBX, 3G SIM cards/Router…) d)Local network administration (Junior) e)Deployment for local IT components based on KAG Standardized infrastructures (initiate & clearance for non-standard components w. KAG IM) 2.Local IT support for individual department/Office a)Local applications b)Ticket handling(local Servicedesk) for local applications and infrastructure, and to KAG IM for central applications/infrastructures c)IT Training(Standardized operating sys training) d)IT activities in business projects/ local IT projects (Junior) e)Technical support of sales office in region China 3.Manage / coordinate / control local service providers / consultants (Junior) a)Technical sheet preparing for IT equipment procurement b)QA of IT equipment by goods receiving c)Control the service quality of local IT service provider 4.IT Security (Junior) a)Formal responsible as local information security manager for IT security and compliance b)Information / observance security & compliance policies from KAG 5.IT reporting a)to local management b)to KAG IM c)incidents/problems/escalations/inventory/documentation
