1. Assure that manufactured machines meet specified standard and acceptance criteria’s requirement 2. Define the quality control plan, work instructions and checklist and ensures its implementation via process/product audit etc. 3. Analyze the nonconforming product, handle the internal notification process 4. Handle external customer complaint 5. Make quality statistics and reports 6. Organize quality improvement meeting for failure analysis, improvement plan etc. with cross function team 7. Participant internal audit and IMS (Integrated management system) improvement 8. Other tasks assigned by superior |
