Position 岗 位 Process Automation Specialist Activity 职 责 - Designing new assembly lines PLC/HMI programming. - Industrial Camera and application and programming and Scada applications, Robotic and RFID applications is an asset. - Following purchasing process of electric, electronic equipment. - Preparing new line electric control panel, Electric electronic schema, Sensor assembly and wiring, PLC communication and cable mounting, - To give technical support to Process Engineer - Work with the Process CAD Designer and Mechanical technician to build up new assembly lines on time. Reports to 直 属 上 级 Process Engineering Manager In charge of 负 责 范 围 Professional Characteristics Required 岗 位 所 需 资 格 要 求 Technical or profe-ssional back Ground 技术或专业背景 - Electric / Electronic Engineer Experience 经 历 - Minimum of three years experience Programming Lines and Specific Machines PLC/HMI equipment Skill 技 能 - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline. - Working knowledge on PLC/HMI (Must), Camera, Sensors, Robotic, RFID, programming and applications. - Excellent command of written and spoken English. - Work experience in automotive industry is an asset. Training 培 训 - Personal Characteristics Required 个 人 资 格 要 求 1 Communication skills and team spirit 2 Creative approach 3 Proactive 4 Objective focus 5 Working under pressure Criteria for the Performance Evaluation 绩 效 评 估 标 准 1 R@R performance 2 Assembly line on time working without any problems 3 Following purchasing phase of mechanical equipment in terms of delivery time and quality. |
