工作描述：	岗位职责：负责对自动化设备产品进行规划和管理。主要负责通过一系列科学的流程、工具和方法，对用户需求以及竞品信息进行收集、分析与反馈。协助相关部门开发出为用户创造价值的产品。 1. Identification of future growth areas and development of strategies 识别市场机会并制订相应的产品发展规划 2. Initiation of new product developments and product maintenance projects 发起产品发展相关的项目 3. Competitor monitoring and analysis 竞争对手监测和分析 4. Market observation, e.g. to derive competitive comparisons and identify trends and market developments 市场趋势分析 5. Local fit products lifecycle management 本地化产品的全面管理 6. Creation of templates for sales presentations 创建销售工具 7. Creation of value arguments and coordination of pricing 建立价值主张及支持定价 8. Competition, technology, and patent monitoring 竞争动态，技术趋势跟踪岗位需求： 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years' work experience in the manufacturing industry 本科及以上学历，3年以上在制造行业相关工作经验 2. Excellent command of English, ideally also German 具备优异的英文语言能力，会德语者优先。 3. Familiar with product methodology and models, and can use them flexibly, such as PEST, 5W2H, Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, etc. 掌握产品的方法论、模型，并且可以灵活运用，例如PEST，5W2H，波特五力，SWOT等 4. Proficient in data analysis, product presentation, user demand research, team collaboration and other related tools, such as Excel, PPT, Power BI, questionnaire survey tools, One note, etc. 精通数据分析、产品演示、用户需求调研、团队协同办公等相关工具，例如Excel，PPT，Power BI，问卷调查工具，One note等。 5. Good self-motivation, fast learning to accept new environments, strong ability to withstand pressure, and able to solve problems creatively and proactively. 具有良好的自驱性，快速学习接受新的环境，抗压能力强，并且能够创新性的积极主动的解决问题。 6. Willingness to travel and flexibility. 能够经常出差，适应性良好
