Job Descriptions: • Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including system design, coding, testing, and deployment. • Gather user requirements, perform technical feasibility studies, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Oversee programmer/software engineer activities, code quality, and delivery schedules to ensure alignment with project milestones. • Establish development standards, design reusable modules, and enforce best practices in code quality and architecture. • Conduct comprehensive system testing, code reviews, and quality assurance assessments. • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members or developers. • 主导端到端软件开发生命周期，包括系统设计、编码、测试和部署。 • 收集用户需求，进行技术可行性研究，并将业务需求转化为技术解决方案。 • 监督程序员/软件工程师工作、代码质量及交付进度，确保与项目里程碑保持一致。 • 制定开发标准，设计可复用模块，并在代码质量和架构方面推行最佳实践。 • 进行全面的系统测试、代码审查和质量保证评估。 • 提供技术指导，并对初级团队成员或开发人员进行指导。 Job Requirements: • Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in C# application development and software engineering. • Strong proficiency in C#, modern web frameworks (e.g., [网址不可见] Core, React/Vue/Angular), RESTful APIs, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL). • Proven experience in system architecture design, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and design patterns. • Prior experience in managing programmer/software engineer team and project delivery schedules is highly preferred. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. • 持有计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域的高级文凭或学位。 • 具有至少5年C#应用开发和软件工程实操经验。 • 精通 C#、现代 Web 框架（如 [网址不可见] Core、React/Vue/Angular）、RESTful API 及关系型数据库（如 SQL Server、PostgreSQL）。 • 具备系统架构设计、面向对象设计（OOD）及设计模式的丰富经验。 • 拥有管理程序员/软件工程师团队及项目交付精细化排期的经验者优先。 • 具备出色的分析、解决问题和故障排除能力。 • 具备良好的沟通协调、领导力及利益相关方管理能力。 • 具备出色的中英文书面及口语表达能力。 |
