Recruitment Requirement 招聘要求： 1,Degree in applied physics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or measurement technology 2,Several years of experience in gas engineering, mass flow measurement and control for gases, metrology, and calibration technology. 3,Previous employment with a manufacturer of MFCs and EPCs for applications in semiconductor manufacturing or laboratory equipment. 4,In-depth knowledge of thermal mass flow controllers, laminar flow elements, pressure sensors, differential pressure measurement, and proportional valve technology 5,Experience with CAD systems (ideally SolidWorks),Experience with simulation systems is a plus.Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP),Experience working with PDM/PLM systems is a plus Job Responsibilities工作职责： 1,Responsible for the continuous optimization and further development of mass flow controllers (MFCs), electronic pressure controllers (EPCs), and related fluidic measurement, control, and regulation products for gas applications. 2,Development of MFC and EPC systems. 3,Responsible for technical expertise in the field of gas measurement and gas flow metrology. 4,The focus is on gas metrology, ensuring flawless technical functionality, as well as the provision and operation of MFC and EPC calibration, adjustment and verification infrastructure. 5,Responsibility for the technical functionality of the MFC and EPC calibration infrastructure 6,Further development of the necessary calibration, testing, and verification infrastructure. 7,Defining and further developing calibration and verification procedures. 8,Selecting and qualifying suitable reference standards. 9,Defining maintenance, calibration, and qualification strategies for laboratory equipment. 10,Ensuring comparability between different testing and calibration sites. 11,Supporting production, quality assurance, and service in addressing complex technical issues related to MFCs and EPCs. 12,Support in the analysis of field returns, customer complaints, and service orders for the recalibration and readjustment of MFCs and EPCs. |
