1.Personal activities and behaviors management, coincidence with the company policy 2.Focusing on efficiency improvement, achieve the output & FTE target by CI&PIP projects implementation. (Monthly production data review) 3.Shop floor safety improvement implementation and monitor, ensure production activity under a good safety status 4.Implementation of the process quality improvement 5.Participate in the FEMEA and PFEMEA regular review and responsible the WI update 6.Responsible monthly cost control including the operating supple and labor cost 7.Others temporary assigned work by line manager |
